Return and Refund Policy

Enjoy shopping with the following return policy features:

  • You have 14 days to return or exchange the products sold after receipt. For standard returns or exchanges where the product has no technical issues, the customer will bear the full shipping costs. Shipping cost will be added through the returns in your customer account or by calling customer service WhatsApp number (01036799159) or via email velissemode161@gmail.com.
  • If the item has a defect, manufacturing error, does not match the description on the site, or was received damaged (such as a cut or any technical problem in the product itself), Velisse Mood will fully bear the exchange and shipping costs. You have the right to return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of receipt for free, and the value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days.
  • When returning the product, make sure that all the accessories and labels for the order are in their proper condition and that the product is in its original package in the correct condition in which it was received, as well as the inclusions in the offers such as included gifts with the products or exceptional accessories. This applies if they are returned and received with all the inclusions, labels, and packaging in its original receiving conditions.
