How long does Delivery take?
In-stock orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 to 3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days as a maximum from the shipping date, depending on your geographical area. Please note that our official business days are Sunday to Thursday.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. To provide a secure online shopping experience, we accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa & Mastercard), Bank Transfers, and Digital Wallets (Vodafone Cash, etc.) at check-out.
Can I track my order?

What if the size does not fit me?
If the size isn’t perfect, don’t worry! You can easily request an exchange for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that for standard size exchanges, the customer bears the shipping cost.

Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the products are in their original condition. If the item has a manufacturing defect or any technical issue, you have up to 30 days to return or exchange it for free, and approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 working days.
What products are not eligible for return?
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Damaged products (excluding transportation damage).
Products that are not in their original packaging.
Products that do not include all original accessories or tags.
Unsealed or used products.
