Exchanges and returns are available within 3 days from the delivery date, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.
Shipping fees for exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received has a product or fabric defect, or the wrong item was delivered.
In the rare case of a product defect, Velisse Mood will cover the shipping costs and assist you with the exchange or return process as smoothly as possible.
